Michelle is an experienced educational professional with a robust background in Inclusion, consultation, teaching, and leadership. In the UK, she worked as a SEN consultant, Teaching & Learning leader, and a classroom teacher. She also successfully ran a tutoring company that provided specialized support for SEN students.
With eight years of experience in the UAE, she has worked as a SEN Coordinator, Pastoral Leader, Reading Development Specialist, and an Inclusion lead.
She developed comprehensive whole-school programs and upskilled staffing teams on effective reading strategies and explicit teaching for English Language Learners (ELL). She also has worked outside of schools providing training and developing programs and workshops on Wellbeing and Positive Education.
