I am an experienced educator and clinician passionate about advancing inclusive education and empowering students with diverse needs. Currently, I serve as the Deputy Head of the Additional Learning Needs (ALN) Department and Eco-School Coordinator at Pearling Season International School in Doha, Qatar.
My qualifications include an International SENCO (iSENCO) certification from Middlesex University, a Master’s in Clinical Audiology and Hearing Therapy, postgraduate studies in Speech-Language Pathology, and a foundation as a Registered General Nurse. This unique combination of medical and educational expertise enables me to develop and implement innovative strategies that create inclusive and supportive learning environments.
Throughout my career, I have led impactful initiatives such as the ASDAN Program and Best Buddy Qatar, promoting vocational training and inclusivity. My work in environmental sustainability, including coordinating Green Day activities, reflects my dedication to fostering eco-consciousness and engaging all students in meaningful ways.
I have also played a key role in leading accreditation processes, including QNSA and WASC, ensuring excellence and compliance within my institution. To deepen my expertise and further contribute to the fields of education and medicine, I am currently pursuing a PhD.
My mission is to inspire and empower students, colleagues, and communities by integrating education, clinical knowledge, and research. I firmly believe in the transformative power of education, grounded in empathy, innovation, and a commitment to making a lasting impact.
